FREE Standard shipping for orders over $100 within Australia (excludes inflated balloon deliveries and helium inflated in general). $9.90 standard shipping cost for orders under $100 within Australia.

Estimated shipping time frames supplied by Props By Stevie are an estimate only and Props By Stevie will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Express Post available at a cost of $24.90
FREE Local Pickup available from 19 Keys Street, Frankston (We are located inside Mika Hair Boutique) We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
When your order is collected by the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Props By Stevie advise that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes
Should your parcel be oversized, we will contact you to advise of additional shipping fees prior to shipping.
Inflated balloons and cakes can be delivered at a cost of $65 (for deliveries within 10km of Malvern Vic 3144 only, otherwise pick up is required)

Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 7 days, excluding customised products which may take up to 14 days to process (such as Personalisation, Stationary, Signage).

In the event an ordered item is not available, or it is not possible to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative product, backorder or a full refund.

Authority to Leave Unattended

The courier will have an authority to leave the goods unattended at the delivery location at your sole risk, unless you request otherwise by emailing us at hello.propsbystevie@gmail.com
