Delivery/Setup

We offer three pickup/delivery services:

Pick Up: Collection on Friday and drop off on Monday from Botanic Ridge, Melbourne. 

Please note: Some props may require 2 people to lift and also a large vehicle/van for transportation.

Delivery Weekdays : Delivery/Setup on Friday and Pick Up on Sunday.

Please note: For larger props we require there to be no stairs. We will contact you to organise a delivery/pick up time from your event. 

Delivery on Event Day: Delivery/Setup and Pick Up on Saturday/Sunday event day.

Our Services

Styling: If you have a theme in mind but not sure how to style your event space we can provide ideas for you to suit any budget. In order to do this we can either come out and do a site visit (fee’s may apply) or alternatively if you can provide us with multiple photos of the space and detailed measurements we can do it all over email.

Site Visits: If you are unsure of what is the best way to style your function space or maybe you need a second opinion? We can meet with you at your venue and discuss different options for your event. Our experienced stylists can give you advice so that your event is one to remember.

Please note: Site visits are are available by appointment only.

Installation & Pack Down: Ensure your event is 100% stress free by having our equipment set up and packed down by our professional staff. With our installation and pack down service, you won’t have to lift a finger, we will do it all for you.

Please note: Installation and pack-down is at an extra cost.
